如香港天文台於明天 (1/9/2023) 懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，港信所有分行將不會開放。但港信會在天文台改發三號或以下熱帶氣旋警告信號的兩小時內營業。
如天文台於當日下午2時仍然懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，則會全日暫停營業。

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 – Special Business Hours Arrangement
If Hong Kong Observatory announces that any Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Services of Number 8 or above tomorrow (1/9/2023) , all branched will remain closed. However we will resume operation within 2 hours after the Tropical Cyclone Signal Number 3 or below is issued.
If the signals cancelled after 14:00, the service will be suspended for whole day.
