因香港天文台宣佈於今天（2025年9月23日）) 下午2時20分懸掛八號熱帶氣旋警告信號，港信所有分行將於正午12時20分暫停開放。
如天文台改發三號或以下熱帶氣旋警告信號，港信將於信號解除後兩小時內恢復營業。
倘若天文台於當日下午2時仍然懸掛八號熱帶氣旋警告信號，港信將全日暫停營業。

Notice on Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 – Special Business Hours Arrangement
Due to Hong Kong Observatory announces that any Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Services of No. 8 at 2:20 PM today ( 23 September, 2025) , all branches will suspend operations from 12:20 PM onwards. However we will resume operation within 2 hours after the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or below is issued.
If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 remain in force at 14:00, the service will be suspended for whole day.
